MLS Listing: Placing your property on the Clatsop County Multiple Listing Service gets the attention of area buyers. Buyers, who are working with a Realtor, are not generally aware of For Sale By Owner properties. This allows your home to be searchable on many local and national web sites and informs both Realtors and savvy buyers your home is up for sale.
You can retain our MLS listing service and still sell on your own!!!
Or If you prefer you can retain this service and any other services you may need on a fee for service basis. Services offered include help with contract review, help working with a title company, or help holding an open house. When contracting these services on an hourly rate you can save money when selling your home.
In addition we also offer reduced price full service listings, in the traditional model, listing your home for a commission paid upon closing escrow. ( This option requires a small retainer fee refundable upon closing escrow.)

Knowing what other homes in your area sold for, what prices surrounding homes are asking and knowing how your home compares to those nearby is the key to evaluating your homes "Market Price". The market price is the price a willing buyer is prepared to pay for your home at fair market value. Priced too high and your home will sit on the market for a long time, costing you extra mortgage payments, extra time and frustration. Pricing too low and you could miss out on thousands of dollars.

I love working with buyers. There is so much excitement in finding the right house for you. I offer both fee for service and full service options for buyer representation.
Hourly Representation: (3 hour retainer)
We can search our Realtor data base for homes you would like to view, set appointments for you and I will tour the homes with you. I will attend FSBO showings with you if requested. I will tour Open Houses. I will prepare your offers to sellers at your direction and help you to review the contracts necessary to close your purchase. I can offer you as much help as you need or simply review your contracts if that is all you require.
