After Graduating from the University of California Davis, with a B.A. and a J.D. in Law, Kelly became a California Realtor to help her friends and family invest in real estate.
She worked with Coldwell Banker, Elite in Sacramento California.
After living in Clatsop County for 3 years she obtained her Oregon Real Estate license and founded Columbia Pacific Realty, LLC. Her goal is to make buying Real Estate more affordable and pleasurable for our local community and to help homeowners selling on their own gain the assistance they need. She is committed to professional service and a fresh approach to Real Estate.
In 2008 Ms.Stearns was awarded membership to the Oregon State bar. She is currently working to make legal services more affordable to residents in Clatsop county. Legal practice areas include wills, landlord and tenant disputes, cohabitation agreements, equestrian leases and contracts.
Kelly also teaches English riding at White Rail Acres.
Kelly riding SUCHA FOX (Foxy) at the Pebble Beach Kerns Memorial Classic.
They won High Point Champion for Division 4 Hunters.
